π€ AI Recognition Feature Usage Terms
Usage regulations for AI receipt recognition feature:
- Usage Rights: Free users can use 20 times, Pro users can use 100 times per day
- Usage Purpose: Limited to recognizing fuel receipts and auto-filling fuel records
- Content Restrictions: Must not upload receipts containing sensitive information, illegal content, or others' privacy
- Accuracy Disclaimer: AI recognition results are for reference only, users should verify data accuracy
- Liability: Losses caused by AI recognition errors are borne by users themselves
Important Reminder: AI recognition feature is only for improving data entry efficiency and cannot replace manual review and verification

FuelTracker App is a fuel management tool designed for enterprise fleets, providing the following services:
- Vehicle Management: Multi-vehicle information management, including vehicle model classification, department management
- Fuel Recording: AI receipt recognition auto-fill, support for multiple discount methods
- Data Analysis: Fuel consumption rankings, multi-dimensional data analysis, chart visualization
- Cloud Sync: iCloud data synchronization, multi-device data sharing
- Subscription Service: Flexible subscription plans, unlocking more features
π Subscription Service Terms
Subscription Plan Description:
- Monthly Subscription: Auto-renewal monthly, cancel anytime, AI recognition 100 times/day
- Annual Subscription: Auto-renewal yearly, discounted price, AI recognition 100 times/day
- Lifetime Membership: One-time payment, permanent access, AI recognition 100 times/day
- Free Users: AI recognition 20 times, iCloud sync, auto price inquiry, 7-day grace period
Subscription Management:
- All subscriptions are processed through App Store, following Apple's subscription policies
- Subscriptions will auto-renew 24 hours before expiration
- After canceling subscription, service stops at the end of current subscription period
- Subscription fees are non-refundable unless required by law

When using our services, you need to assume the following responsibilities:
- Legal Use: Only for legitimate fleet management purposes
- Data Accuracy: Ensure input data is true, accurate, and complete
- Privacy Protection: Properly safeguard account information, do not disclose to others

- Timely Updates: Keep app version updated for optimal experience

- Maliciously use AI recognition feature, such as uploading irrelevant images

- Use services for any illegal activities
